•Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2013 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, front end/back end setups, message flow and security.

•Perform major responsibilities of System Administrator, NetworkEngineer, IT Infrastructure Supervisor, Exchange Admin. TSEngineer, Access Control System Admin & Help Desk Specialist.
•Monitoring Network Engineering, Avaya IP Telephony and IP CamSystem, Time attendance and Access Control system.
•Domain login/email account setup for new/existing users, Exchangesupport by using Exchange Server and MS Outlook.
•Responsible for installation, troubleshooting and support ofSoftware such as MSWindows, MS Office, Security functions asAntivirus, Application software and hardware.
•Procurement specialist for IT equipment including software and hardware.

•Teach and provide coaching to various Computer Diplomas & Computer Courses to Diploma of Associate Engineer classes.
•System Administration and Computer Lab Supervision as main role.
•Handle Wireless & Wired Networking in Microsoft IT Academy Lab.
•Troubleshoot all software/Hardware issues of college computer Lab.
•Responsible for IT Infrastructure and Network management.
