Working as Operations HSE Engineer for Offshore which includes Oil & Gas Production facilities like Well Pad, Separations, Gas Compression, Gas Lift, Pigging and GTG Operations. Also, responsible for HSE management for support services operations on the island like drilling, well works, well hook up and coil tubing operations.
Supporting the Island management and site teams to deliver continuous HSE improvement.
Ensuring appropriate resources are in place to manage HSE & PS compliance programs.
Responsible & accountable for implementing PSM elements like Permit to Work System, Incident Investigation & Reporting System, Audit Compliance, PSSR, Emergency Preparedness & Planning, Contractor Safety Management System, Employee Participation in Safety Culture, Management of Change.
Responsible & accountable for compliance, monitoring & reporting of ADNOC Offshore HSE-PS KPIs.
Ensuring compliance with HSE-PS standards and guidelines to prevent & minimize loss of life and property damage.
Leading and conducting HSE Risk Assessment & JSA for operations & maintenance activities and recommending preventive & recovery measures required for safe execution.
Support MOC workflow and get involved as a safety reviewer.
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP & SBRA workshop and representing Operations HSE.
Ensuring proper contractor safety management and get involved in contractor’s selection, evaluation and audit.

Technical Safety Engineering (TSE)
Developed HSE Activity Plan & Philosophies.
Coordinated & participated risk management processes and developed/reviewed HSE deliverables for various process safety desktop studies & workshops like HAZID, ENVID, EDD, QRA, SIMOPS, MOPO, IMMP, Bow Tie, HAZOP, HFE, Design HSE Case, DEM1/2 Compliance, TIV & ensured incorporation of recommendations at right stage of project to support value engineering.
