Responsible for all activities related to project Maintenance Management in Royal Diwan In Jeddah covering multiple disciplines electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Low Current, Lifts, Telecom, landscaping, Housekeeping, Renovation & Repair, Security, Fire & Safety.
Employees under my supervision are 450 employees ( Engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians & labors ).
• Responsible on all maintenance activities related to landscaping, irrigation, cut flowers, indoor plants & pest control in HRH king Fahd Bin AbdulAziz Residence and Royal Diwan in Jeddah • Responsible on designing & execution of any new modification concerning landscaping & irrigation in the palace.
• The area under my supervision is approx. 700, 000 sq.meter.
• Cost studying and bidding several projects.
• Design landscaping and irrigation system for large and small scale projects ( VIP sites, Palaces and Private villas )
• Execution of landscaping and irrigation works in several projects in the kingdom.
• Holding all activities in showroom concerned with indoor plants.
• Landscaping design and execution of related works for small projects.
• Propagation of several indoor and outdoor plants.
