• Over 4 years of experience in one of affiliate SABIC petrochemical company (YANPET) in Polyethylene field as a Maintenance planner in Polyethylene field including prepare weekly schedule, EHSS, distributing daily job, writing reports, planned and execution project.
• Develop PM Plan, Project Baseline Scheduling, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Engaging Stakeholders, and Coordination with Quality Management Systems.
• Job Scoping, Contracts Management & Procurement, Pre-Turnaround Workshops, Turnaround Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling, developing Key Performance Indicators, Close-out.
MAINTENACE PLAN OF GAS FLOW LINE AND BOOSTER STATION IN WEST KUWAIT
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance of rotating equipment in process of chemical plant under assigned unit.
• Strong technical report writing and computer skills. Profile & Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Mechanical team leader and Engineers.
• Lead man power comprises of 10 Technician.
• Conduct tool box meeting with Technician.
• Preparing work permit for the team
• Organizing required material to the team.
• Responsible for the safety of technician and quality of job.
• Work order close out.
• Provide feedback to the scheduler.
• Maintain and record logbook.
• Time sheet preparation for team.
• CENTRIFUGAL PUMP: (Gould’s pump, Dry Dock USA)
o Bearing and Oil Seal Replacement.
o Mechanical Seal Replacement.
o Checking Shaft run out.
o Checking Rotor Axial Float.
o Mechanical Sleeve Inspection.
• RECIPROCATING PUMP:
o Check the Clearance of Journal bearing by plastigauge and micrometer
o Checking and replacement of the Suction and discharge valve
o Plunger and Cylinder clearance checking.
o Small end and big end bearing clearance checking and replacement
o Crankshaft main bearing clearance checking and replacement.
• RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS: (BORSIG)
o Preventive Maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Breakdown maintenance covered with cylinder - liner renewal, suction and discharge valves inspection, repair and replacements, rider and piston rings renewal, rod packing renewal, cross head and main bearing clearance checking, Main - Big end bearing renewal and Pumping clearance Adjusting. Lubricator Maintenance.
• STEAM TURBINE: (ELLIOTT)
o Worked in DYR steam turbine.
o Thrust and Radial bearing replacement.
o Inspection of trip body and retainer ring. Check clearance of carbon ring and journal bearing.
o Full support of vendor and Engineer during OST until normal operation.
• ALIGNMENTS:
o Reverse indicator method (Analytical and Graphical method) and Laser Method.
• GEAR BOX:
o Complete overhauling with bearing and gear teeth checking
o Bearing Clearance checking.
o Run out of pinion shaft.
o Backless of pinion and bull gear.
o Bull gear, Low and high speed thrust checking.
• BLOWER:
o Typical work involves overhauling, troubleshooting, set lobe clearance, belt tension, checking backlash.
• VALVES:
o All types of Valves like Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Diaphragm, NRV, Safety & relief valve etc. Servicing and testing of valves removal and re installed.
