 Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost estimating, monthly valuations, cost reviews, budget forecasts, value engineering, claims analysis, variation assessments, and final account settlements.

 Insurance Monitoring: Ensure that project insurance policies (e.g., Professional Indemnity, Contractors All Risk, Third Party) are in place and maintained for construction works.

 Progress Monitoring: Attend project meetings, monitor project progress, and identify Quantity Surveying and commercial issues requiring attention.

 Preparing Specification Volumes.
 Preparing Bills of Quantities.
 Checking Quantities on site and site Submittals.
 Assisting Planning & Cost Control Section for the Claims, Variations & Addendum Evaluation and any other tasks associated with Planning & Cost Control Section.
 Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
 Prepare Sub contractors Interim Payment Certificates,
 Issue Variation Orders.
 Draft Sub-Contract Agreements, LOA&LOI.
 Performing risk, value management and cost control.
 Identifying, analyzing and developing response to commercial risks
 Preparing Monthly Cash flow and Cost forecast.

Executions of complete site work from setting out to testing & commissioning.
Follow-Ups and read the construction and details of all Drawings.
Instructs subordinates and monitor the work progress at regular intervals.
Monitors the subcontractor’s works according to the detailed drawing and approved method of statement.
Coordinating & discussing with consultant, Architect, contractors and Project Manager to ensure implementation of construction works as per the approved drawings.
Coordinating with government authorities and follow up with building permit.
Enable making decision creatively & logically, create develop ideas, solving problems, negotiating with others & judging the project viability after discussion with the project Manager.
Analyzing & resolving field complex construction issues after discussion with the Project Manager.
Document Control, Receiving & storing Drawings, construction documents, correspondence, inspection requests (IRE), program etc.
Preparing report after communicating with supervisors and contractors and provide the information to the Management.
Review the method of statement and follow up the works in progress.
Enabling to guide the contractor to follow the planned program, approved drawing & achieve milestone & deliver the project within the time frame and set budget.
Knowledge of the site Surveying, reading & checking maps, overseeing the construction work, setting out of sites and organizing facilities, knowledge of understanding construction techniques.
Ensure the safety & legal procedures are adhered by the work force at site.
Having good experience on material submittals, writing letters, computer applications.
Attend to the meetings and prepare minutes of meeting and attend to the final inspection and get the approvals.
Ensuring Company identity.
Facilitate to the project manager to construct the project within the time frame.
Preparing the Photographic method of statement to report to the project manager.
