I am working in Transaction Banking Division (TBD) formerly Cash Management Division (CMD) in Operation's department as a Online Coordinator.I am daily communicate with our customers, branches and support staff to resolve our valued customers queries regarding non receipt of fund, cash collection and coordinate with our branches and resolve their problem.in this way we have improve quality in services and increase MCB, TBD business volume. I have also look after statements and account balancing.
