Operation and Maintenance work on different HVAC System at Different Location at Airport:_ Chillers, Pump & Motor, Cooling Towers, AHU'S, Heat Recovery System In AHU, Fresh Air AHU, Heat Exchanger, FCU'S, VRV, VRF, Package Units, Split AC, CRAC Units, Air Curtain, High Volume Fans, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Exhaust Fans & Supply Fan to generator rooms on different location such as Cargo Terminal, Central Utility Plant, Telecommunications (Midfield, South &North) Building, Rail Box, Sea Rescue South and North. Job Responsibilities:- 1) Ensure safe work environments, control use of material to avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for project and issue to foreman daily instructions as per the work plan. 2) Site supervision of all air-conditioning works. 3) Work includes Operation & Maintenance of all HVAC system following Standard of Operation Procedures (S.O.P). 4) Maintaining records and archives to company standards. 5) Preparing for work permit before the maintenance start of equipment. 6) Self managing of material as per maintenance equipment required. 7) Updating Preventive & Corrective maintenance log for equipment. 8) Take care of all equipment manual and drawing. 9) Preparing daily weekly & monthly maintenance status report for shop. 10) Take care of measuring instrument, material in store, proper equipment use. 11) Manage time for equipment maintenance. 12) Prepare safety equipment as for job requirement. 13) Co-ordination technical review with Engineer and modification implementation to minimize fault and to increase productivity. 14) Preparing shift report and sending direct to MEP Manager.
