Newly hospital setup 242 bed state of the art technology with five star suites, luxurious facility tertiary care hospital.My including design review, MEQ planning, review material and documents submittal, pre-installation/installation, operation and maintenance, represent from the client side and adhere local and international guidelines lead a team of engineers and technicians.
My role in multi specialty, high-tech 13 storey with 500 bed hospital with multiple specialized clinics as to manage from concept design, construction, pre installation/ installations, operation and management, leading a Biomed/clinical engineers & technician team along with other engineering discipline represent from the client side. Following latest global healthcare facilities protocols and various guidelines as per CBAHI, JCI and HiMSS 7, HL7, WHO
- Client representative for ongoing Hospital expansion program for extra facilities i.e 17 stories North Tower about 220 bed for Specialized centres and Digital OR and high tech Imaging departments other than 200 bed existing hospital for planning and preparation Medical equipment selection as per latest specification, FF & FE, Design review and looking after Technical submittal activities.
Expert technical help for College for Health Sciences and 300 bed Long Term care Rehabilitation Hospital
Prepare and review technical specifications for medical equipment and furniture, Perform technical evaluation for equipment and furniture proposals, Provide cost estimates for medical equipment and furniture, Medical Planning with related international guidelines such as VA, FGI, IHFG, HAAD, and AIA.
Medical facility planning to follow Protocols to be affiliated with CBAHI and JCI guidelines to get Certifications
Supervision Consultant for ongoing Medical Cities Projects, Evaluation & Screening of all Technical Submittal of All Biomedical Equipments.
Administration review for the client Ministry of Health, Saudi Arab and Monitoring the Project management activities by HILL International, HDR Consultant & AFTCO thru Riyadh based Project & Management HQ.
In parallel with the following
Coordinates efforts/communications between internal contacts (Equipment Planners, Project Coordinators and Procurement staff) and external contacts (Owner/Clients)
Instrumental in preparing room by room listing of medical equipment.
Adept in preparation of pre-installation drawings for the medical equipment.
Proficient in the site inspection and preparing report
Supervises the installation and commissioning of new and revised equipment;
Ability to effectively present written and verbal information to top management, medical staff, public groups and Governing Body.
Monitors and approves work conducted by staff, contractors, vendors, and outsourced providers
Leads in the development of Architecturally Significant Equipment Book
Maintains knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and products
Reads and interprets blueprints and other architectural designs
Develops and manages a project work plan on all projects within the Vision software system and master project schedule
Assists in developing standards and processes for equipment planning services
Supports the business development process by identifying new opportunities, marketing current clients for repeat business, and assisting with proposals, add services and schedules
Final responsibility for project information, budget numbers and deliverables

Maintaining log book of each equipment about stock of critical spare parts and their inventory.
Planning and proactively managing the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract form order.
Establish and maintain communication with the the appropriate individual throughout the process.
Optimizing sales transfers, ensuring order validation.
Daily follow up of customer credit documentation & inventory.
Follow up of shipment installation, applications, via reports, follow up on collection issues.
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Policies and Anti-competition Policies.
Knowledge of all Environmental Health Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Law is broken.
Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within defined deadlines.
