coordinate and implement all the system at site. coordinate with all suppliers and select the meterial.
Design proposal, shop drawing generstor, system co ordinator
Responsible to prepare the proposals and presentation drawings.
Prepare and finalized the design according the client / end user requirements.
Responsible for the quality & integrity of the Design.
Arrange and attend the pre-contract and post-contract meetings.
Provides professional consultations as required to facilitate, expedite, coordinate and verify the process of construction.
Coordination with the other contractors like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Lifts to ensure that the work is going on as per their Requirements at site.
Attending daily, weekly and monthly construction progress coordination and safety meetings with Contractors.
Reviewing and checking the quality & quantity of various ongoing site works/actvities (viz. fabrication and installation of steel works, RCC construction works, cladding & tiling works, plastering & painting works, plumbing & sanitory works, aluminium, steel & wood works, site utilities works.
Proper follow up with various contractors/subcontractors (by issuing official reminders) for required. To ensure timely & qualtitive completion of their works, to achieve the planned construction progress.
Facilitate project communications by providing information as needed to ensure smooth progress of design implementation.
