2 .To co ordinate with principals, masters and port to validate crew movements.
3. To arrange accommodation and transportation for the crew.
4. Arranging crew clearances for the crew.
5. Reporting Management in respect to daily crew movements.
6. To co ordinate with Masters of the vessels and arrange supplies accordingly.
7. To contact various ports across Saudi Arabia for logistics ans supplies.
8. Assisting auditors in management evaluation.
9. To Validate records and inform the concerned.
10. Informing Principals with daily crew movement schedule.
