☆Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
● Handling Logistics budget, which is one of highest budgets within the company.
● Plan for efficiency for both operations, and capacity.
● Organise transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
● Finding innovative and cost saving logistics solutions.
● Scheduling Monthly requirement.
● Communication & Negotiation for all logistics spot contracts through brokers.
●Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
●Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
●Review all logistics KPIs such as freight rates, and broker's performance in order to keep working costs lower than budget.
●Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.

● Saving over SR 4 million yearly in Logistics by negotiation & process optimization.
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales forecast by SKU for moderation by sales team.
• Lead Monthly discussions with Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Manager for bottom up forecast numbers.
• Utilize Collaborative approach with Sales and Marketing to arrive at Consensus. Demand Plan at aggregate Level factoring Trend, Seasonality and Market Dynamics.
• Maintain, own and communicate the business forecast numbers for 12 month horizon.
• Measure and Publish forecast accuracy. Analyse forecast errors and work closely with Sales team to improve forecast accuracy.
• Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Production Planning and Operations for New Product Launches.
• Periodically review finished goods inventory targets with Production Planning. considering seasonality and Logistics/Warehousing Capabilities.
• Monitor and Control finished goods Stock Freshness.

1. Implemntation of Six Sigma Approcah to Reduce the Breakage and to Increase the Quality of the Chips.
2. Reduce the Downtime in Dorittos Chips Line by Using Faluire Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to Increase the Efficiency of the Line.
3. Reduce Water and Fuel Consumption to Reduce the Cost of Operation .
4. Time Study to Rduce the Standard Time of Packing and to Increase the Productivity.
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize operational effecineces to support operations.
• Identify possible opportunities to deliver site annual operating plan (AOP).
• Maintain product quality, and Food Safety standards.
• Maintain the availability of material to avoid any shortage.
• Train and empower people.
• Daily meeting to solve day-to-day operational issues by idintifying all root causes with an action plan.
• Control KPIs, and minimize downtime to achieve targets.
• insure following safe practices, and procedures.
