•Handling all the formal works of Arabian oud group within all government section
•Handling all concerns regarding employment visa for the employees, cancellation of visa, business license, medical, car renewal and etc.
•Giving feedback what are the old and new law and policy from different structure of the government which include the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Interior and Etisalat.
•Do research, writing, preparing materials, maintain contacts, and respond to inquiries.
•Serve as the eyes and ears of top management and observe social, economic, and political trends that might ultimately affect the firm. And make recommendations to enhance the firm's image on the basis of those trends.
•Public relation works i.e. Labor Related all TASHEEL Transaction & Immigration works (GDRFA & E-CHANNEL) which related to the New Visa application, Renewal &Cancellation.
•Visit visa typing and process.
•Dependent (family) visa, employment, mission & part time Visa processing.
•Tracking visa cancellation and last date to exit's
•Dubai DED license payment, initial approval, trade name reservation, license cancellation process.
•Dubai municipality approval submission.
•Night work permits (DUBAI POLICE) registration.
•Dubai chamber registration and issuing new certificate of origin (export).
•Processing national and GCC labor agreement & work permit.
•Emirates I D typing., DHA Medical. DUBAI Municipality Health card.
•Arabic & English Typing. Letters, Quotations & Forms,
•Open company labor and establishment files.
