• Act as the first ambassador of the store to present the brand image in a proper way
• Ensure an excellent service delivery by the team-members, leading them by personal example
• Ensure monthly sales target achievement
• Provide daily sales report, weekly KPIs and other related information to the brand manager
• Place requisitions for proper stock replenishment and control
• Assign employees to specific duties and follow up with their progress
• Manage the schedule to provide full floor coverage

• Provide weekly reports to visual merchandising manager

• Conducting team trainings and prepare various educating materials regarding fashion trends, collections and latest updates
• Store operation and support for the new opening stores

• Handle customers' complaints or special inquiries
