⮚ Manage inventory on online Store and Setting up new products on the site,
⮚ Responsible for the creation and targeting of daily emails, sales promotions, and all email flows.
⮚ Make the best use of our existing customer base & create the need for the Purchase to maximize our revenues.
⮚ Analyze suppliers or brands in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues, and develop and
implement the necessary plans of action.
Assist in establishing the online store hierarchy / category tree / create website content .
⮚ Coordinating with the marketing team for uploading photos and new Items Updating stock / prices.
⮚ follow up with the warehouse Team and Customer Care Team With Pending Order and shipments .
⮚ Generate all reports belonging to the E-store and send it to top management .
⮚ Collaborate in sale plan and allocation of stocks for the E-store
⮚ Collaborates with E-Commerce Manager to review selling to review strategies to maximize sales and SEO
optimization.
⮚ Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site
⮚ Update marketing team with consumer’s feedback through review and consumer insights.
⮚ Analyzing and investigating price, demand, and competition.
⮚ Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
1- Analyze Performance of previous season to allocate new stocks
2- Understand allocation of stocks from conceptto territory and prepare for launch
3 - Follow-up dispatches from RNA for priority shipments
4 - Budgeting for respective department handled
5 - Plan & allocate distribution to the stores based on store grading
6 - Replenish on Sales & monitor merchandise performance and store health
8 - Develop strategy to liquidate aged stocks
9 - Pricing of merchandise in line with pricing guidelines
10 - Reviews sell thru of merchandise weekly. Rate of sell thru % growth every week
11 -Send weekly reports to the concept and store managers highlightthe following
12 - Budget versus achievement(weekly - monthly - annual)
13 - Aging stock analysis and contribution for each store
1 - Operational inventory control against the stock movement followed by all the norms as per SOP
2 - mapping of KPI’s and KPA of the individual
3 - Conducting Perpetual Inventory as per categorization the stock into ABC Analysis
4 - reducing stock discrepancies, finding and rectifying of wrong entries hence controlling stock shrinkages
5 - Replenishment of stock to meet the requirement of sale
6 - identifying & planning of Top selling products to fulfill market requirement
7 - planning of stock for ageing non Moving, slow moving, high value stock and promotion stock
8 - Ensuring Purchase return to supplier as per declared ageing stock while clearing all the end of life
(EOL)products into assortments
9 - creating and maintaining minimum level of the stocks available, First In first out (FIFO) of the stock,
tomaintain the stock availability of the stock as per space convenience
1 - Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
2 - Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters times, and reduced stock levels
3- Oversee the functionality of electronic ordering systems and POS systems
4 - Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock
5 - Carry out stock management operations in line with set product/retail policies and procedures
6 - Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution
7- Handling inventory transactions while updating, validating and generating related data reports.
8- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures set for inventory transactions.
9- Manage the inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions into system, as well as exporting the related to the Point Of Sale (POS) in the shops.
10- Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.
11- Update uniform delivery to store employees and confirm/ validate sales figures in inventory data as well as transfers between stores.
