-Established a strong network of contacts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with key SCTA officials, contractors, suppliers, hotel developers, hospitality key management and key clients as well as key government officials, related to our business.
-I understand the owner’s expectations, maintain & commercially invest in asset drive profitability to maximize the returns of to the owning company.
-Implementing & controlling of highest standards to exceed customer satisfaction.
-Identifying all business opportunities including personal sales trips and personal contacts to decision makers to increase profit and awareness of all hotel services.
-Implementation of all aspects of Revenue Management.
-Planning, Organization and Coordination of Special Events to improve turn-over.
-Preparation & Presentation of the Annual Budget including Sales & Marketing Plan to the board.
-Regular P&L control to maximize profit and turn-over in all areas by minimizing costs.
-Permanent personal control of all operational areas to ensure cleanliness & maintenance.
