متابعة أعمال تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربية ( وفقا للأكواد و مواصفات المشروع ) و تسليمها للاستشارى
مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية و عمل و مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية
متابعة أعمال اعتماد و توريد الخامات حسب المواصفات و فى نطاق ميزانية المشروع
تمثيل المقاول العام و حضور الاجتماعات التنسيقية أمام الاستشارى و المالك و امام الجهات السيادية ( البلدية و شركة الكهرباء و الاتصالات)
- Electrical Estimation during tender stage.
- Design Electrical systems.
- Monitor and control expenses related to the electrical works
and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets will meet these expenses.
- Evaluating subcontractor offers against the specifications scope of work.
- Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project specifications.
- Quantity take off and review contracts monthly invoices.
- Prepare the Pr and LPO for electrical materials as per the drawings and specifications.
- Good experience with Qatar Electricity authorities (KAHRAMAA).
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of Electrical Engineering activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- UPDA certified "Grade B" Electrical Engineer
