Working two months in Mali in E-Gov project ( OSP project)
Enhance quality & safety of project teams & subcontractors
reporting to region office in daily basis
Managing ROT as following.
Manage site’s acquisition stage starting from search till all final permits
Manage construction stage
Manage acceptance stage RFS, PAC & FAC
Budget estimation for each project & cost control
Managing projects as following.
Managing Civil Enhancement project which include all civil activities required in sites
Budget estimation for each site & cost control
Time Frame & Planning for new sites & update ongoing sites with client
Managing construction of new sites as following.
Follow up with construction team starting in sites
Follow up with client required material to be delivered to the site in time
Follow up acceptance for finished sites
Executing all civil, installation & RF works for different type of sites GF, RT & Existing including the following
1. RC foundations with all related works (leveling, excavation, soil replacement)
2. Install steel grillage for tower or shelter / outdoor cabinet
3. Towers erection
4. Assemble shelter or install outdoor cabinet
5. Install earth system & power connection
6. Install antennas & feeder cable with all related accessories
