• Accountable for the financial performance of the contract - in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio of contracts.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding profitable growth, financial and performance targets.
• Responsible for managing demand and quickly qualifying opportunities.
• Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objective.
• Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.

• Ensures financial growth on the account through the utilization of all the leveraged resources and engaging of third-party suppliers.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed corporate targets, with emphasis on the profit, revenue, and growth
• Ensures all new business improves the overall financial health of the account
• Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing to the client, including dispute resolution and collection
• Improving network services in several cities within Iraq for RTI Local Governance Program. Hiring and training of several local staff for computing and network services. Keeping communications with VSAT and VoIP providers to ensure the best possible service available in each office. Once start working at the RTI HQ was put in the position to clean up and smooth out services for HQ and to provide services for the rest of the regional managers. This included standardizing configurations and setups, generating documentation for the regional managers to use and train their staff.
• Point of contacts with VSAT provider (Al-Harbi telecom at KSA) and VOIP provider (GTI at England) for troubleshooting and to improve the performance of the services.
• Building LAN design; install and configure network equipment for faster network services within buildings (Upgrades); monitor, detect, diagnose and correct network outages; provide consulting and planning services to departmental LAN and systems administrators; research and evaluate new LAN software and hardware.
• Research, design and implementation for campus wide wireless network. Have taken classes for the use of specialized wireless software for infrastructure design. Research and testing on new wireless standards (802.11a, 802.11g and 802.11b) as they become established
• Research for existing VoIP on campus to ensure QoS for further deployment. The research with wireless VoIP phones is also helping in QoS for the data side of the wireless network by decreasing the possible frequency interference problems.
• Acting as National IT Director when he was on leave.
