Post-contract responsibilities covered interim payment applications, joint measurements, variation claim preparation and negotiation, subcontractor payment management, and contractual correspondence. Coordinated with clients, consultants, procurement, and site teams to maintain cost control, ensure contractual compliance, and support project cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
