Jumeirah Beach Residence Project (JBR-Sector 4), Dubai. (This project consists of 8 Tower& Hotel of 45 to 50 floors with a podium of Two Basements & (Saadiyat Beach Resort), Abu Dhabi. This project consists of 380 Hotel Luxury Rooms, 259 Residential Apartments Room &33 Luxury Residential Villas), Akoya by Damac Golf Course Dubai Dubai,
Work Experience in Gulf:-
➢ Working 2 Years with consultant office (Miragemille Deployment Consultant), Dubai.
➢ Keeping track of all correspondence with the various clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
➢ Chasing to all Sub-contractors Drawings and Materials all Jobs submit to Client and keep in track
➢ Preparing all Job Drawing submittal, Material submittal, Technical submittal to Approved from Consultant and approvals from consultant keep in track.
➢ Processing Drawing Register, Material Register and RFI's Register Keep in track&
preparing the sub-contractor procurement & Delivery Status Schedule and Material
➢ Procurement & Delivery Status Schedule all Jobs. Coordinating with Sub-contractor and avoid supplier for Material and Drawing submit with proper time and avoid the delays.
➢ Producing the required weekly document status report.
➢ Drawing the attention of the concerned person/departments for outstanding and pending actions have to taken on their part.
➢ Coordinate with all concerned department for all related document control issues.
➢ Monitor the operation of the Document Tracking Software, Aconex Software and coordinate with IT Department in case of any break down.
➢ Able to work under pressure of deadlines.
Work Experience in India:-
➢ 5 years works as a Document Controller in Central Hajj Committee in India.
➢ To manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and administrative data in order to ensure accessibility and accuracy of all information.
➢ Daily Updating files of all the incoming and outgoing matters (Internal / External) with proper filing index and references.
➢ Updating all the data on server on weekly / monthly basis to secure the record.
➢ Administer and organize the day-to-day office matters.
➢ Circulate incoming correspondence and ensure all correspondence is efficiently handled.
➢ Daily distributing incoming correspondence to the relevant Person for their information and record.
