My mission is to consult our US based customers regarding their business/technical needs through all required onsite/offsite communication channels.
My mission is to consult our telecom customers to find the best solution for their business needs and communicate those solutions with our internal technical SMEs.
• Design BSS/OSS modules to meet customer business requirements in accordance to the TM Forum's eTOM/TAM and SID best practice frameworks.
• Elicit, analyze and document the customer requirement RSD (Requirements Specification Document) based on the Link Development telecommunication application implementation methodology which is implemented according to the TM Forum Information Framework (SID).
• Ensure the customer satisfaction for the proposed solutions and assure customer sign-off.
• Research the information of the current situation and define the system requirements, do business/system impact analysis, create the appropriate documentation/representation for the solution.
• Providing coaching for our internal QC and Development team to better understand customer problem and the required solutions.
• Lead the UAT with the customer Project Team SMEs.
• Train customer Project Team SMEs in different levels of the organization for the new modules/features.
• Act as Project Manager in some projects.
• Plan the requirements phase within budget and time constraints.
• Elicit, analyze and document requirements.
• Overview all requirements phase deliverable such as prototypes and Homepage.
• Attain internal and external sign off.
• Manage requirements through the life cycle of the project.
