- Joined the Site Team as Inspector of Finishes at King Abdulaziz Airport Development Project (KAIADP) in Jeddah. Then transferred to Core Team as a member of Project Coordination team under the higher management with
various roles and responsibilities ranging across preparing stakeholders familiarization packages, establishing
passengers and employees circulation routes, presenting information and updates to stakeholders and conducting
official site visits for delegates from various stakeholders. During which I was chosen by the Senior Management for
a 3 month long extensive course in PMC (project management and contracts) at DAR Headquarters in Amman, Jordan.
- My main responsibilities at KAIAD are:
* Understanding the objectives and requirements of the stakeholders in order
to implement them alongside the client’s goals.
* Delegating supervision zone responsibilities and following up with
higher management meetings.
* Coordinating between other trades and sub-contractors to prevent technical
conflict in the future.
* Monitoring site progress by visiting the site on a daily bases to verify project schedules and
critical milestones.
Analyzing site conditions and potential land use to identify design requirements. Creating design programs though
conceptual layout plans. Then developing architectural designs. In addition, preparing working drawings. Issuing
project bill of quantity (BOQ) and specifications.
- 2009 - 2013 Bachelor degree in Architecture from Faculty Of Environmental Design, King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, KSA at GPA (3.83 out of 5)
