Maintain fruitful relationships with existing suppliers and
customers. Manage all aspects including contracts, deadlines,
purchase orders and pricing.
Research for new products based on a certain criteria and the
sales team needs. Contact and close with the potential companies
via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings when
needed.
Visit, evaluate and provide consultancy to the companies before
submitting to the SGH qualification process.
Follow the sales process with the sales team from quoting to
invoicing till closing, and support where needed.
Manage and control all aspects related to SFDA including MDMA,
AR, MDEL and else performed in part by a third party.
Manage and control the inbound and outbound shipments.
Planning and follow the distribution throughout KSA and GCC via
subdistributors.

Assist the CEO in infrastructure establishment, planning,
prioritizing, set actions, hiring and do all administrative tasks.
Moreover, manage all the company needs.
Negotiate, Interact and successfully close deals with international
suppliers, by attending congresses and internet research criteria.
Handle all aspects, and maintain strong relationships with them.
Perform the whole manufacturer's qualification process to
participate in the Gulf tender (SGH). Help the supplier to complete
the qualification form, access file, visit report. Assist the supplier
and Auditors during site visit.
Launch new Traumatology product throughout KSA. Build strong
relationships with key personnel and orthopedic consultants.
Execute installation and troubleshooting of dental equipment and
devices (Sirona - Siemens dental systems).
Conduct marketing and sales of wide range of dental
consumables, devices and equipment.
Open new markets.
