"I succeeded to push productivity rate and increase it from 100 thousand boxes per month at 2015 to be 2.5 million boxes per month at 2016, I have been involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage, a large part of the job is dealing with people management, I have been also involved with product design and purchasing".
