"I succeeded to push productivity rate and increase it from 100 thousand boxes per month at 2015 to be 2.5 million boxes per month at 2016, I have been involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage, a large part of the job is dealing with people management, I have been also involved with product design and purchasing".
1) Oversee and monitor the production process, drawing up a production schedule for manufacturing tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments and creams, decide what resources are required and draft a timescale for each process;
2) Achieve forecast of third party manufacturing for a lot of multinational companies which we are working for, such as BMS, Servier, Takeda and Abbott, in secondary packaging and full manufacturing projects;
3) Supervise all activities of research and development to formulate new generics for registration and correction of already present formulas and liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
4) Ensure that the production is cost effective through making cost and effect analysis, estimate costs and set the quality standards;
5) work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
6) ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
7) supervise and motivate a team of workers, operators, supervisors and executives;
8) Review worker performance and identify training needs.

I succeeded to improve the production rate of my current company within less than
one year from 100, 000 Box/ Month to 2 million Box/ month and application of highest
quality levels during manufacturing and packaging process.
