• Preparing agreements, contracts and other documents & Preparing templates of all types of legal documentation, including Work on all types of contracts which include but not limited to development, project management, leasing, asset management, joint venture / shareholder contracts, MOU, Insurance, and ensure
• Reviewing of draft agreements received from third parties.
• Preparing legal notices and replies & preparing all types of insurance contracts and dealing with insurances companies.
• Handling and drafting various memoranda & contracts in Commercial, Banking, Marine, Arbitration, Insurance, Labor, Criminal and Personal Status issues.
• Preparing opinions with regard to legal issues affecting the business operations
• Assist in handling of legal actions of all types fields
• Liaising with external lawyers for such purpose
• Participate in negotiations with outside parties along with relevant line managers for concluding commercial deals
• Attend internal meetings with operating managers to determine the scope of legal service required.
• Represented the group and the owners before arbitrators and experts and Land Departments and all government authorities in the UAE .
