Working as Civil Construction Manager and take responsibilities of overall coordination for company civil works in entire country / different region with number of (20 running projects) and leading of site managers of related projects:

 Delivering projects from concept to completion
 Supporting of Department Manager for contacts preparation and subcontractor selection related to CW
 Leading team of civil site managers / engineers to provide a clear direction, ensure that the team is functional and avoid most common problems to have the best, on time result
 Conduct regular meeting with site mangers/ subcontractors for all projects to review progress status / trouble shooting and ensuring progress of projects to be inline with schedule
 Aligned with projects manager and function head to review results workflow and to set realistic goals and expectations
 Preparing site assessments, due diligence reports, master plans
 Managing internal and external stakeholders, clients, and contractors
 Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
 Taking initiative in problem-solving
 Delivering projects on time and to the required quality levels
 Ensuring that the production is of the highest quality of work in design construction and administration
 Direct and ensure the effective achievement of the objectives of the company through the leadership of the implementation team
 Responsible to manage and oversee the construction activities of the project.
 To plan, develop and organize the construction effort and formulate the cost effective and timely completion of work scope.
 Defines clear role and responsibilities of the team and fix targets / deliverables on daily basis.
 Adhere to required EHS standards and implements safe working environment at job site.

My Work Experience :

Evaluate at a permanent basis the progress of work on all the projects.

Coordinating with all the Sites Representatives.

To provide leadership and supervision for all sites management team and subcontractors.

Supervising the planning and scheduling short and long term of sites activities utilizing the construction schedule provided by each site, and related documents.

Monitoring progress and assuring that all scheduled milestones are achieved on all sites.

Maintaining a proper document control system.

Assuring compliance with all company administrative procedures.

Monitoring construction costs and acting to assure that the project stays on budget.

Enforces all safety plans and regulations to achieve high quality work place conditions avoiding lost time accidents and injuries — and maintains a highly professional company image.

Achieving the highest quality workmanship and end product utilizing and enforcing quality assurance / control programs.

Reports to and closely coordinates with the Project Directors on a daily basis to assure a smooth flow of all project related operations and activities.

Organizing the action plan needed in case of delay in schedule or variation in cost.

1- (STP) Sanitary treatment plant substation project March 2009 to October 2010

2- PFC project October 2010 to June 2012

•Ensure the project is effectively executed as per the scope, cost, and time in accordance with the approved project management plan.
• Follow-up with different workstream leads on the progress of the implementation and ensure adherence to highest levels of quality
• Review and provide guidance to the deliverables created by the different working teams

Working as civl site engineer in king abdullah unversity substation (KAU) at thuwal
My duties was supervision of Civil / Construction,

bouygues its French company one of the leaders Companies in worldwide in construction field.
I worked as site engineer in equestrian club of Jeddah project (building area 250, 000 m2) the project consist from:
1-Banquet building.
2-Park Hyatt Hotel -Marine Club & Spa Resort.
3-Men Club & Women club Building.
My duties was complete site supervision of Civil/construction work and material inspection
