National research and reference laboratory for advanced diagnosis of animal diseases with 16 laboratory branches and 600 employees
•Conducted research on fungi causing animal diseases (pathogenicity, virulence, antifungal sensitivity and resistance, mycotoxins production)
•Isolated different kinds of fungi from animal diseases which were thought to be bacterial but could not respond to antibacterial agents
•Diagnosed animal diseases for presence of fungal infection
•Produced Aspergillus flavus antigen which contributed to diagnosis of aspergillus nasal sinusitis
•Produced Aflatoxin B1 experimentally and estimated its toxicity in laying chicks
•Trained and taught 60+ junior staff, Bachelor and Master students

•Conducted research on genes that essential for asexual and sexual reproduction in Aspergillus species (participated in a project)
•Constructed new genetically-modified Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus flavus strains that could not produce spores
•Identified and characterized new genes in A. fumigatus and A. flavus (AfundrA & AflndrA) which are essential for conidiation in the both Aspergillus species, as well as negative regulator of sclerotia production in A. flavus (AfldrnA).
•Isolated and characterized two Methyltransferase genes, AfuvipB and AfuvipC in Aspergillus fumigatus.
•Conducted training for 30+ undergraduate students on laboratory techniques
•Constructed cosmetic materials including shampoo and body lotions.

•Obtained different kinds of surgical operations (one extirpation of eye ball, four cesarean section, 7 extraction of ruminal foreign bodies, one atresia ani in small lamb, and four operations of abdominal hernia in goats).
•Supervised on one farm for goat breeding.
