• Assist the Quality Manager in improving the quality management system process by giving inputs and/or recommendations to achieve a more effective QA/QC organization. Assist in conducting internal audits as per the audit schedule.
• Ensure the document and data control within the department in line with the QHSE management systems, ISO9001, APIQ1, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Assist Quality manager in developing strategies to handle the inspection activities on the project requirements.
• Initiate cost saving measures by adopting and developing new process inspection methodology.

• Responsible for the Control of all nonconformance reports (in-house and supplier) and undertake remedial action. Prepare the trend analysis and advise corrective and preventive actions as required and monitor the actions.
• Responsible for the Statistical process controls development and implementation.
• Responsible for the supplier approval process and supplier performance evaluations.
• Responsible for arranging Inspection at supplier facilities and distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to suppliers. Co-ordinate the communication of quality issues related to suppliers.
• Conduct contract reviews and prepare Quality plan/ITP, Method of Statements according to the client /project requirements.
• Responsible for the review of the material specifications for the adequacy in line with client/project requirements and prepare inspection and test programs accordingly and undertake relevant training to the quality personnel.

•Can read all civil drawings to carry out orientation details for calculating the Heat load calculation from 500 tons & above for commercial & residential buildings. And also prepare the layout & Duct designing by various methods.
•Preparing piping layout for CHW system, plumbing & drainage, and their routes by knowing their sizes as per given ASHRAE standards
•To ensure that the work to be completed with given standards of quality within the given time & in coordination with sub-ordinates & other Egg. Discipline to avoid hindrance at work. Attend appraisal meetings & give them suitable suggestion for betterment.
•Can also make bills of materials & material procurement sheets, while also attending for break down maintenance and give suitable suggestion for work to restart immediately.
•Can carry out all sort of HVAC maintenance including breakdown maintenance of FCU’s, AHU’s, and Chillers, etc. and able to sort out troubleshooting.
•Able to prepare the cost of project and the cost of maintenance for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Able to lead the work force of 150 to 350 men at a single site.
