 Human Resources Operations & Employee Relation:-

• • Responsible to ensure that staff & non-staff payroll is recorded correctly in system.
• Responsible for updating Staff & Non-staff information of visa, passports, EID Cards and labor cards and update the renewed status of all in the system accurately.
• Preparing personal activities of all employees pertaining to their Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Loans & Advances, Allowance & deductions according to labour & corporate office procedure & forwarding to accounts department for settlement.
• Handling the complete process of all the Passports/Emirates ID/visas /labor card renewals (medical) formalities for Staff and Non-Staff of SHJ, RAK, DXB & AUH employees.
• Handling the complete process of new Group visas for all branches.
• Handling the complete process of new joiners (starting from arriving to UAE (issue new company ID, Entering their details in system, processing Medical & Finger Test & Emirates ID, coordinating with camp boss for accommodation arrangement till mobilization to the site).
• Submitting all the required documents to the PRO for visa stamping
• Follow up of approved resignation & termination cases and forwarding to PRO with complete Original documents for further action.
• Processing the complete formalities of Visa cancellation up to deportation.
• Maintaining accurate record for complete manpower (Staff as well as Non- Staff)
• Responsible for the Staff & Non-staff Performance Evaluation process that’s carried out at every six months and entering the resulting data in system.
• Following up with all the camps heads regarding the absent report & issuing warning memos to the absentees.
• Responsible for safe custody of Staff and Non-staff passports and Labor cards and releasing them upon request.
• Maintaining and updating all staff & non-staff files.
• Booking travelling ticket for employee, arranging for visa message, and airport pickup
• Supervising the Office Asst, office boys with regards to their work.
• Coordinating with all other Branches on timely basis as and when required.
• Performing other administration tasks which are assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for preparing the petty cash details and visa expense sheets for the PRO’s and submit the same to accounts department.
