Provide leadership and direction to the Finance Function and manage the company's financial afairs to ensure its financial resources are efectively utilized to achieve long and short-term objectives;
•Lead the investment/finance team in establishing and implementing investment/financing strategies for the Group and the treasury management;
•Lead the IPO process for several clients and managed Investor Relations (post listing);
•ERP systems implementation (SAP / Oracle);
•Managing the IT & HR (the shared services);
•Participate in the formulation of strategic plans for the Company and individual business units;
•Drive the Budgeting & Balanced Scorecard processes (including their development) with the Department Heads and company management. Ensure that these processes are used as key tools and progress-measuring barometers to support performance at departmental, divisional and overall levels;
•Collaborate with the top management and other functional heads to achieve targets;
•Timely and meaningful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in the level of detail required by each internal and external user group;
•Originate/Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities (locally, regionally, and globally);
•Conduct the Initial/Detailed diferent types of Due Diligence for the proposed deals; and
•Conduct Advanced Financial Analysis tools on the Portfolio Companies to assess performance, assess the viability of financial/operational restructuring, evaluate the value-added of proposed diferent strategies, compare performance to peers, etc.
