• JCDC's Technical reviewer for designing and commissioning complex ICT, audio-visual, security, building management, and fire life safety systems.
• Proven track record of ensuring that designs comply with the latest industry standards and regulations, including RIBA guidelines.
• Managing and reviewing the design of all ICT, audio-visual, security, building management, and fire life safety systems for projects from concept to handover and operation.

• Reviewing the interface/integration matrix for all ICT/AV/security systems connected to the physical security management information system (PSIM).
• Reviewing and responding the technical queries during the design development.
• Reviewing the scope of work for the contractor for bidding, shop drawings and material-technical submittals.
• Coordinating internally between MEP, ICT, AV, and security systems to ensure that the systems are interfaced/integrated correctly as per local and international requirements and standards throughout the design development stages until the final stage.
• Deep understanding of the technical requirements of these systems, also, able to identify and mitigate risks early in the design process.
Managing Terminal 3&4 and LC3 project efficiently and coordinating proficiently with all stakeholders (Riyadh Airport Company, National
Information Centre, Border Control Department, General Investigation Department, Customs Department, etc.)
Coordinating internally with other disciplines to ensure ease of work on site and to resolve any issues.
Effectively handling the increased responsibilities and proficiently managing the team to ensure the Project is completed within
stipulated deadline.
Reviewing technical submittals, method statements, project quality plan, safety plan, schedules, and compliance with project objectives.
Reviewing Material Technical Submittals by ensuring compliance with specification, design, and Project requirements.
Reviewing Design, Shop & As-Built drawings as well the T&C process and O&M manuals for all the ICT, ELV & Special Airport Systems.
Supervision of Installation and termination of ICT, ELV & Special Airport Systems as per approved design, Shop drawings, specifications,
etc.
Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and
administration.
Issuance of SOR/NCR if non-compliance/deviation from standards for construction activities and material.
Ensuring that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved inspection and test plan (ITP).
Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring equipment is within calibration prior to use.
Performing quality control to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
