Follow Detailed Experience On Field :
a) Execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting).
b) Working on all types of HVAC Central Cooling Systems (Chilled Water & DX),
including cooling chillers, cooling towers, air handing unit, fan coils, air ducts, pumps.
…etc.
c) Dealing with Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems, including piping sprinklers, pumps,
valves, sensors, water tanks, fire hose cabinets, … etc.
d) Performing cost analysis & pricing for different types of systems & their components.
e) Material take-off for the actual quantities executed on site.
f) Assess the required air ducts & pipes sizes, and share in its sign.
g) Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report.
h) Preparation of RFI’s & follow up.
I)Supervision of all Mechanical activities at site.
j)Attend Meetings with projects consultants and clients for reviewing progress.
k)Coordination with other services during installation.
l) Involved in Testing & commissioning for the following systems.
GI ducts & thermal insulation.
Chilled water piping & insulation.
Chilled water pumps.
Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units of Different capacities.
Air cooled screw chillers capacity 400TR nominal capacity
•Technical Works :
a) Involve in the detail design of Mechanical systems, Cooling load calculations.

i. Cooling Chillers (Water/Air).
ii. Cooling Towers.
iii. Air Handling Units.
iv. Fan Coils.
v. Air Ducts.
vi. Pumps.
vii. Expansion Tanks.
b) Cost breakdown & pricing for HVAC Systems & components.
c) Responsible for over all site Mechanical activities.
d) Preparation of Shop drawings.
e) Supervision of complete Mechanical systems installation.
f) Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers to finalize the deals.
g) Material take-off for the actual quantities executed on site.
h) Using Anemoeter to measure the rate of the air flow coming out from the air handling
unit.
i) Selection of air ducts sizes using Duct Designer (Mc Quay Ductulator).
j) Selection of AC pipes sizes using System McQuay Pipe Sizer Calculator.
k) Coordination with other electromechanical systems
. l) Coordinate with consultants for Every day activities.
m)Attend meetings with project consultants & clients for reviewing progress.
n) Carry out Inspections for works executed on the site.
