Responsibilities:

• Preparing the Schedule Plan according to the Contract Terms and Milestone Dates.
• Updating the Schedule in Primavera once the baselines are set.
• Precisely distributed the cost of activities based on weightage allocation given by consultant guidelines.
• Create Weekly and Monthly Report based on manpower & equipment histogram, material status report, construction status report, cash flow report, S-curve.
• Coordinating with different trades such as Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural departments.
• Coordinating and monitoring with the consultant's representative for the progress at site on weekly and monthly basis.
• Keep track of materials status by updating monthly procurement plan with the help from the procurement department & project team.
• Uploading Man hours, Manpower and Equipment Resources in Primavera P6.

• Create RFQ for the materials and services, for projects, departments, for project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipment, services and sub-contractors.

• Prepare comparative statements for received Quotations for evaluating bid information; develops and implements cost saving initiatives.

• Prepares pre and post construction quantity surveying documents including cost estimates from sketch drawings and BOQ for all disciplines.

• Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up and obtain open and sealed bids.

• Prepare and submit technical submittals for on-going projects and follow up until receiving an approval.

• Quwaiza East Substation 110/13.8kV, Jeddah



Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for crafts people and operatives;
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• liaising with any consultants and the general workforce involved in the project.
• liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the Schedule Plan according to the Contract Terms and Milestones Dates.
• Assisting in adding the durations and relationships of all activities
• Controlling the schedule by linking the activities to the resources and materials.
• Calculating the quantities of steel, concrete, block work and finishing works.
• Creating a plan for ongoing activities and progress reports.
