Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all civil related works at site.
•Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil and related works prior to execution.
•Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
•Co-ordinates with client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
•Travelling to various locations if required.
•Carrying out works in customer’s premises in accordance with client’s quality standard.
•Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best option to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
•Giving prompt and effective attention to emergency call received during and after working hours.
•Maintain safe and secure work environment by following safe practices.
•Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
•Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
•Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
•Ensures that all the site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
•Co-ordination with the Contractor and Project Manager to provide solutions affecting design development and co-ordination matters.
•Checking of drawing and calculations generated by Draftsman for technical accuracy and completeness.
and was responsible for managing site and arrange work force and manpower according to project requirement. Manage progress of civil work and coordinate job with subcontractors and site technicians. Take responsibility for ones projects by ensuring jobs are started and completed according to the project timeline.
