Job Description…..
o Negotiate, draft, review and advise upon, all required legal documentation in relation to real estate matters, including leases (commercial, residential and retail) licences, sales and purchase agreements, facilities management agreements, supply/service agreements, property management agreements, development management agreements, consultancy agreements, guarantees, amendment agreements, assignment agreements, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, hotel management agreements, MOUs, LOIs, and all other related and ancillary documents.
o Provide legal consultation, advice and support to companies across the Group in respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.
o Ensure proper compliance by Group companies with all property laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Landlord and Tenant's Laws .
o Provide advice in respect of more general commercial matters (including intellectual property, agency, distributorship, franchising, and finance issues) as well as advising on the management and conduct of various contentious matters. To also provide advice, as and when required, on construction related matters.

 Providing necessary advise to ensure legal cover to Company’s activities and its compliance with Federal and Local Laws
 Drafting, reviewing and finalizing all kinds of contracts and employee contracts as per the QATAR labor laws.
 Following up and reviewing all legal matters with all government and Simi-government authorities departments.
 Writing petitions, lawsuits, defense and preparation of cases and the opposition and the appeal on issues and follow up the implementation of the provisions
 Researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recording judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.
 Preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, and contracts, initial and amending articles of incorporation..
 Delivering or directing delivery of subpoenas to witnesses and parties to action.
 Acting as arbitrator and liaison between disputing parties and Searching patent files to ascertain originality of patent
 Registration of companies, drafting and reviewing of contracts and agreements.
