day to day operation - bank transaction - check monthly if cash book and bank book are kept for each account and update and make sure that financial documentation is properly filed - prepare salaries for staff monthly - treasure - reconciliation bank - prepare ( vat) report monthly for sales -receipt of all invoices and entered in the accounting system - recording all sales and procurement in invoice - recording documentary about sales and expenses in journal book - use the accounting system
