Customs clearance Responsibilities
• Creating a form of invoice for import and export shipments to suit Egyptian customs rules and Terms for shipping
• Receiving the original documents for import shipments and begin the process of customs clearance.
• Finishing necessary approvals which required by the Egyptian customs to allowed to enter and exit the shipment such as NTRA approval.
• Finishing the necessary bank approvals for import shipments such as from 4 and from6
• Giving the shipping company (our agency) the documents that need it to end the clearance process.
• Finishing the financial approvals to pay customs duty and sales taxes
• Responsible for the repair and return shipments make (invoices, packing list and send it to china and receive it when its return back.
• Sending document to Logistics agency and hastening and tracing the progress of customs clearance.
• Tracking the movement of vehicles carrying equipment to us from the airport or seaport
Supply Chain Responsibilities
Finishing goods inbound and outbound operation in GSCM system; Tracing Delivery Note
Telling the warehouse in advance the arrival time for the shipments to prepare WH to receive it.
Checking physical inventory in warehouse contrast to inventory account in GSCM system.
Management Responsibilities
• Solving the problems that arise in customs with the shipping companies or the government.
• Telling another departments which waiting the shipment that the shipment in warehouse now.
• Following up the shipping company (our agency) which is customs clearance doing by it to make sure the speed of the clearance process and delivering the shipment on the time.
• Solving the problems that arise during the clearance process.
