Establish Centralized Procurement Department and manage all procurement/purchases, until delivered to the originator. Settlement of disputes/variations, payments etc. Procurement/purchase budgeting. Draw policies & procedure. Gradual improvisation of purchasing system making cost effective, resetting purchasing cycle.
Improvise Stores. Draw and implement Stores & Stores Personnel policy & role. Create sub-stores at major project levels. Care of minimum level stock maintenance. Quarterly physical inventory & report etc.
Establishing centralized purchasing department and Improvising Stores. Draw policies & procedures of the concerned personnel. Implement and manage both departments functioning.
Over all responsibilities from receiving MR until the right material, at the right time, right quality is delivered either to stores or to the end user/originator. That includes RFQ to vendors (for Aramco vendors adhered to 9-COM procedures), recieve bid, make analysis, award PO, arrange Quality Control documentation for inspection (for Aramco related LSTK orders). Receive material, documenttion work, delivering to the indentor/Stores.
Arrange internal inspection, settle variation/disputes, logistic related coordination, vendors payment settlement.
Stores - reorganization; amending policy & procedures about Stores function and personnel. Improvise function, maintaining minimum level of stocks, receipts and issue and monitor recording system, etc...
