Responsibilities: Job Profile: • Flying as Load Master on A300 B4 and B747-200 (Nose Loader) aircrafts
• Weight and Balance document preparation
• Carrying out build-up of pallets for above aircrafts
• Checking Load Ability for the above aircrafts
• Space Allocation for schedule flights
• Planning on Charters
• Checking all the cargo for the departure flights allocated as per UWS.
• Plan the flight send Loading Sequence and Load Plan
• Checking ULD tags for flight No's, destination, weight.
• Informing flight dispatcher of the Departure cargo status.
• Coordinating with Ramp Transfer cargo team for transit cargo.
Shift Supervisor
• Allocation of Arrival and Departure flights to ramp team.
• Coordinating with different dept head for smooth cargo Operation.
• Monitoring short connection transit cargo.
• Supervise loading of special cargo.
• Communicate with concern parties and Loadmaster for out station flights
• Liaise with Hub handler SAS to ensure consistent high level of service
• Interact with customer, authorities, official agencies and supplier to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Full adherence and compliance in regards to safety and security
• Plan, organize, direct and controls the daily hub operations
• Take over from previous shift with proper briefing
• Monitor and advise Odd size and special cargo build-up
• Coordinate with officials and government bodies to ensure smooth processing of MIDEX cargo in line with all current legislation and regulations
• Full adherence and compliance in regards to safety and security
Ramp Operation Loading & Offloading
• Loading of Cargo as per Loading Instructions given by our Load control officer
• Loading of DGR cargo as per the NOTOC
• Handling aircrafts like Airbus A300B4-203F and Boeing B747-228F
Responsibilities: • Accepting Cargo from various local agents, traders and other Airlines
• Executing the Airway Bill copies and informing the accounts department
• Prepares and distributes all appropriate aircraft load plan and weight and balance document for concern department forwarding load plan for build-up.
• Supervise the preparation and distribution of and verifies the accuracy of all cargo, HazMAT documentation that is required to accompany the aircraft and cargo on assigned flights.
• Supervises the operation of all aircraft cargo doors and cargo conveyance and restraint system, and the installation and stowage of all required aircraft doors sill guards and tail stands.
• Aliening the units to allocate by before aircraft arrived, co-coordinating with ground dispatcher for smooth operation and for special load, manpower as per requirement.
• Sending cargo pre-alert to destination as per load and special handling.

Responsibilities: • Reporting to Logistics Manager and day to day administration of TNT logistics (Air/Sea and Road)
• As Logistics Administrator, cleared and forwarded shipments at DUBAI CARGO VILLAGE for key clients (HP, NOVAR, ROCK WELL, HONEYWELL and HP ERICSON) for UAE and G.A.M countries. Managing and monitoring of L/C shipments in coordination with accounts department.
