Job Description
• Prepare conceptual design using 2D/3D software’s and finalize it with the head of department.
• Doing design calculation, analysis and testing.
• Prepare technical spec, cost estimate, scope of supply and purchasing specs reports.
• Contact the supplier/manufacture for the requested items and negotiate with them to reach the best complied
offer.
• Provide technical supports for sales, after sales departments and clients.
• Leading the technical team during the project’s commissioning on site.
• Contact and visit clients to get the inquires as necessary for the project preparation.
Technical Experiences
• Design and simulate a complete PET lines with different speeds; 24, 000 b\hr up to 100, 000 b\hr.
• Design different kind of conveyors; Chain, Belt, Air and Roller conveyors.
• Design a wide range of handling systems for different products; Carton, Shrink, bags and bulk.
• Design pips/ Machines cleaning system using CIP tank.
• Good knowledge about maintenance system; Preventive, Corrective and predictive.
*leader of a six degrees of freedom robotic arm projects.
*Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, assistance in preparing contract documentation and contract
management for a variety of embedded system projects.
*Reporting to Bidding department manager, and prepare and/or co-ordinate the preparation of all procedures necessary for the tender and ensure timely completion.
*Review the tender specs of incoming tenders / direct inquiries.
*Contact the supplier/manufacture for the requested items and *negotiate with them to reach the best complied
offer.
*Cost estimation and base cost preparation to ensure accuracy, professionalism and timely completion.
Technical experiences in MARS Robotic:
*Design and Simulate different kinds of robotic system using 3d modeling softwares; Pro-e and matlabsimulink.
*Very well-known and Servicing of robotic system; UGV's, Robotic arms and Patient lift device.
*Dealing with manufacturing machines; CNC, Water-jet, 3D printer, rapid prototype and Lathe.
