• Scanning welds in pipes and pressure vessel using automated ultrasonic testing methods TOFD and Pulse Echo setup.
• Assembling different scanners (AUS1, AGS2, and EDU)
• Using EDM machine to create artificial defects.
• Generate Project Book using Pressure vessel drawing.
• Data Collection (A-Scan, P-Scan, T-Scan and TOFD) using P-Scan software.
• Data Analysis and evaluation of scanning results.
Quality and Management Responsibilities
• Writing different SOPs.
• Encode and proofread attendance and overtime for payroll processing
• Prepare monthly attendance of employees for monitoring
• Maintain a record of KSA branch’s invoices and print Petty Cash Report.
