Creating purchase orders and have them signed from Supply Chain Manager and the General Manager after the proper approval Via Kiss flow.
Developing relationships with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality concerns and obtain documents.
Performing research activities to determine a list of possible vendors.
Contacting each vendor and taking information regarding price, availability and quality of problems.
Ensuring that the right amounts of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the right time.

Researching pricing information and compare prices and quotations.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

Responsible for leading the yard staff to provide excellent service to customers and to ensure The Company processes are followed under the general supervision of the General Manager.
Essential Functions
Hire, train, develop and supervise yard staff to meet company standards
Manage day-to-day operations of the yard, including managing the receiving, storing, auction set-up, and vehicle documentation, protection and maintenance functions.
Ensure excellent service is provided to customers
Handle escalated customer issues as needed
Provide direction to team regarding duties and goals
Perform work assigned by General Manager or Assistant General Manager to ensure successful operation of yard.
Ensures safe working environment is established and maintained.
