Marketing:
In charge of all the marketing activities:
- Managing Budgets.
- Social media (twitter/facebook/instagram/youtube/website)
- Planning/manage/organizing events such as conferences and seminars.
- Designing Ads and printed material for the college.
Student Affairs:
- Preparing Student Affairs reports (Current/Forecast)
- Orientation for the new faculty/staff/students.

- Managing the student union.
Quality Assurance:
In charge of the quality assurance work in the college, and that includes:
- Reviewing all the teachers work and comparing it with the other campus.
- Assuring that the college follow the NCAAA quality standers.
Lecturer:
Teaching marketing courses while working with the quality assurance team on getting nationally accredited.
- Development, improvement, and evaluation of integrated systems of people and money.
- Controlling expenses.
- Assist General Manager in managing daily company operations to ensure
positive, safe and profitable working environment.
- Coordinate with General Manager in planning short and long term
projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
- Identify and report equipment repair and maintenance works promptly.
- Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees.
- Design Magazines

- In charge of the company network and server
- Editing pictures
