Associate:
Later in 2010, I was asked to transfer to API, a subsidiary of ACWA Holding, where I was
working with Directors in the Acquisition and Project Finance department, building financial
models, negotiating with Banks and ECA's to finance Water and Power projects.
Furthermore, I worked on financial analysis reports on potential EPCs for the projects,
reviewing with the technology team the technical side of the projects, and reviewing legal
documentation for long term government contacts.

Treasury Officer:
I then joined ACWA Holding, a conglomerate group of diversified companies ranging from transportation, power utility and real estate, where I was appointed as a treasury officer and reporting directly to the group's CFO.
My main responsibility was to manage the group's liquidity, negotiating with financial
institutions to acquire funding for the group and its subsidiaries for either general working
capital or project finance, I also worked close with subsidiaries in their bidding process for projects more than SR 500M.
Internship:
I first joined Samba Financial Group with the Global Transaction Services (GTS), providing
cash management solution to corporate clients for 6 months.
Associate:
I then entered the Samba Professional Program which gives many training courses related to corporate banking, including Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Islamic Banking,
Selling Skills and many others (certificates can be provided upon request)
Assistant Relationship Manager:
After finishing the program, I was appointed to the Corporate Banking Group as an assistant relationship manager for top-tier corporations; my job would involve credit
analysis and customer due diligence.
Relationship Manager:
I was then made a relationship manager in 2007, managing a portfolio of companies with target of SR 13 Million, bring in new clients and improving business with existing ones. and
appointed in the Credit Committee of the bank on December 2007.
