Main Duties:
- Preparation and Implementation of Method Statement at site.
- To ensure implementation of HSSE requirements, and monitoring of all site
activities to guarantee that all work is being executed in safe manner.
- Responsible for management of all subcontractor on site, to ensure that they
are working with accordance to project quality plan and HSSE plan.
- Ensuring that all construction operations are carried out in accordance with
the project requirements, construction procedures and drawings, as well as
in accordance with the approved ITP’s and Project Quality Plan.
- Responsible of all required logistic such as material equipment, plants prior
to start the activity.
- To ensure that the Surveyor and the site engineer have completed setting
out reference points, levels for construction elements limit, dimensions of
it, the way of casting concrete, placing of steel reinforcement processes in
accordance with the AFC drawings.
- To follow up all the revisions AFC drawings, and ensure that site team are
working accordance with the latest design drawings.
- To provide the corrective actions and preventive actions for NCR’s.
Technical engineer shall prevent the NCR during work by ensuring that site
team is following MOS and project specification
- To ensure that all parties who are required to make any kind of test or
inspections are informed about the program of the works, and inspection
and testing requirements.
- Ensuring all quality control and pre-construction formalities (approvals and
preparation) are done sufficiently in advance to start the construction
activity in accordance to the set schedule.
- Ensuring that all safety measures are implemented during the work process.
- Planning; time schedule per each activity and therefore; per each main job.
Also; prepare general time schedule as per agreed execution plan

Designer and improve the connection details.
b) Fabricate, supply, transport and install of New Structural Steel and Miscellaneous steel
elements (handrails, ladders, etc.) for the whole Project and necessary accessories
(bolts, washers, nuts, welding rods, consumables …etc.) required to install the structural
steel, fit for purpose.
c) Connecting new steel structure with the existing structures, inclusive of welding, site
drilling and removal of existing obstacles.
d) Dismantling of existing steel structure, as may be required, and instructed by Contractor.
e) Relocating and re-installing of the following existing steel structure:
- Existing platforms at belt conveyor obstructing the movement of the Ship Unloader.
- Existing last frame in conveyor gallery
f) Dismantling and reinstallation of existing miscellaneous steel items (handrails and
ladders) as may be required and instructed by Contractor.
g) Supply, Fabrication, Transport and install of flooring either Chequered plates, or

1- Piping System, Supports and Chutes/ Hoppers works for Ground Calcium Carbonate Project (GCC) Al-Qatraneh, Jordan

2- JBC CP-2000 Expansion, Safi, Jordan

The purpose of this project is to debottleneck the existing TBBPA plant to
produce 70, 000 metric tons of TBBPA per year at an asset utilization of 78% from a
current capacity of 46, 000 metric tons at 70% asset utilization. This calculates to a
theoretical annual rate of 89, 745 metric tons of TBBPA at 100% utilization. The project
scope includes upsized process equipment, enhancements to utilities, redesigned process
equipment, and several equipment additions to the existing process plant, revised piping,
structure, electrical, and instrumentation of the existing process. Most existing
equipment will be located where it is today with modifications as needed to piping, steel,
instrumentation, and electrical due to the larger size and weight. This project will take
place in the Tetrabrome (TBBPA) unit of the JBC facility.
The TBBPA area has been sub-divided into the following 8 work areas:
