Responsible for oil refinery accounts in Erbil -Iraq
• Implementation SAP accounting system to the company and build the chart of accounts.
• Review & approve journal entries entered by project Accountant.
• Preparing oil sales orders & sent them to the site for delivery & prepare reconciliation for clients account.
• Follow up with RCR purchases & prepare reconciliation for suppliers accounts.
• Prepare Fixed Assets list and book in FA module.
• Coordinate with the Procurement department, project manager and stock keeper.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports along with cost of materials.
• Follow up daily & monthly Inventory in stock.
• Prepare salaries calculations for the site and administration staff.
• Calculate monthly production and cost of goods sold.
• Prepare monthly repost for the CFO and management department.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and follow up with the group financial controller.

Taking care and full controlling of all accounting resposibality for Arab Potash Dike project.

Handling & taking care of the whole accounting work in QAIA extension project.

Administer the related parties accounting, reconciliation and allocation of expenses on timely basis:
• Ensure the intercompany balances are reconciled on time.
• Ensure intercompany expenses are properly allocated to various companies & divisions
• Maintain all intercompany agreements.
• Raise debit notes to the related parties on monthly basis
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors
• Ensure the timely recording of related parties’ transaction (Debit/Credit notes).

Perform payroll record for reconciliation and accounting purpose:
• Collect and maintain the payroll records on monthly basis
• Prepare reconciliation of banking payroll with bank statement.
• Prepare reconciliation of cash payroll with custodian statements.
• Accounting of payroll payment in Oracle.
• Accounting of payroll refund from custodians in Oracle.
• Coordinate with payroll supervisor for unpaid payrolls.
• Tracking of unpaid payrolls and timely re-submission

Responsible for accounting transaction for the company including Site Group (Palastine) & Site Drilling (Disi Water Pumping Project)
