Managing the preparation of the UPL (Unite price list) and RFP (Request for proposal) for annual CAPEX projects.
Provide planning and direction on schedules and monitoring budget/spending for annual CAPEX projects achieving optimum cost utilization with highest performance and quality.
Reviewing and analyzing the monthly OPEX projects progress reports, SLA, KPI, identifying gaps and finding corrective solutions.
Controlling and managing the CAPEX/OPEX projects requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Actively Manage internal and external stakeholders and perform stakeholder analysis.
Managing SQT (service quality test) process for testing and approving new equipment before being installed in mobile access sites.
Leading the visits and negotiation meetings abroad in USA, Europe, etc. with suppliers of equipment and contractors throughout the SQT process.
Preparing the daily, Monthly and annual Sites alarms and outages reports.
* Analyzing the periodic reports related to sites alarms and outages and
making recommendations for reducing the sites outages ratio.
* Preparing the monthly PMR report and analyze findings.
* Managing and installing the MAMAS system for PMR and CMR, and
providing training for internal stakeholders.
