Description
•Act as the “go to” person within the I.T. department for questions and problems relating to the application’s functionality and operation.
•Act as first point of contact for all requests from the business units for change to the application.
•Bring information about the project/program back to the business units
•Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios, and may also validate executed test results
•Analyze requirements and procedures to determine requirements of users.
•Work with vendors to ensure system functionality and to ensure success of system implementations. Work with project manager to monitor time and cost expenditures and recommend contract changes as necessary.
•Assist in developing strategic plans for use of new technology. Understands principles and practices of employee supervision, including work planning, assignment, review and evaluation, discipline, and the training of staff
•Test the application(s) or service(s) towards the end of the project/program (user acceptance testing), using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability, providing feedback to the project/program team
•Guide other professionals on the project/program to ensure the content is accurate
•Resolve issues relevant to project/program deliverable(s) within their area of expertise
•Obtain or provide approval for changes to rules, processes and policies
•Stakeholders management
•Patch Management and release control
•If appropriate, assist the business unit in building a ‘Business Case’ for the change.
•Ensure appropriate requirements from the business are documented correctly.
•Build CM unit including hiring staff, policy, procedures, … etc
Projects
•Full Implementation of Daybreak Lending Suite from
Testing current systems
•Analyze systems requirements;
•Coordinate with Vendor and resolve all complex application issues.
•Provide additional functionality to the business by using the appropriate tool sets and develop reports
•Work with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify and implement services and solutions
•Prepares routine reports (financial, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.).
•Defines, develops and implements end user test scenarios
•Provide annual training for end user on I.T service
•Coordinate between end point users and system builders.
•Provide first line support for issues related to application and platform
•Administer applications; identify weakness and recommend enhancement.
•Assist User and provide operational and end user support.
•Collaborate with IT team and vendors to secure infrastructure being developed for end-user needs and ensure achievement of all business objectives.
•Patch Management
•All Simah related tasks ( QA, files upload …etc)
•Sadad system administration
Provide additional functionality to the business by using the appropriate tool sets and develop reports, workflows, and new small applications
•Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
•Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
•Ensure the efficiency of service and provide enhanced services to business
•Analyzes the business unit’s activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
•Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.).
•Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans and other QA assessments.
•Provide annual training for end user regarding all I.T service and security related points
Provide operational and technical support to the users of business applications to ensure that the business benefits of applications continue to be achieved throughout their lifetime.
•Specify, implement, install and configure applications to ensure that the product meets the needs of the service area, liaising with project managers and suppliers where necessary.
•provide ongoing technical maintenance and usage support of business applications in order to maintain their reliability and business benefits
