Currently I am leading a team of 8 engineers. Together we accomplish the following responsibilities:
Maintenance of 4G nodes including MME, MSP, MPBN.
Read only access of MPBN and MME for fault finding and system monitoring.
Basic understanding of the Gx and Gy links.
Provide support for upgrading and troubleshooting activities.
Troubleshooting GSM and WCDMA networks for Machine to Machine applications.
Coordinating with various teams NOC, Switch Team, RF Team, etc.
Handling issues like IP provisioning, IP pool addition, APN activation/deactivation, ICR issues, etc.
Extend technical support the Clients over email, portal and phone.
Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed / monitored.
Ensure that the tickets raised are closed as per TAT and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined.
Work on the APN change request and new installations.
Drive Test and optimization (SCFT) for Bharti Airtel (Nokia Siemens Networks).
