• Prepare, conduct and analyse customer service surveys.
• Provide Consultancy to external clients on how to set-up companies inside JAFZA and DMCC.
• Handle special projects as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy through research and reasonableness measures.
• Serve as liaison between Customs Section and IT departments for all Customs systems issues.
• Assist in providing assurance that all Customs declarations are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to other associates in Customs Operating systems as being the service provider to system operations, data feeds and access to information.
Monitoring and inspecting different industrial plants to make sure that they are adhering to the environmental rules and regulations. Preparing reports and submit them to the management.
